Join us for a garden experience where you will learn about herbal tea blends. Using plants you can grow at your home or buy locally, we will discuss teas with wellness benefits including relaxation, mood elevation, digestion, and immune support. Explore the aromas and flavors of medicinal plants and learn their histories and properties.

During the presentation, iced tea and scones will be served!

Participants will have hands-on interaction with a selection of herbs, that you may take home to try, including your own homemade hot tea blend.

Lauren Lembo, our presenter, has been working with plants and funghi for over a decade. She has completed certificate coursework in Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy through the University of Minnesota's Earl E Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing, Integrative Health & Medicine specialty. She is the owner of Blue Fox Botanicals (www.BlueFoxBotanicals.com), a local herbal wellness company.

Registration is required in order for us to have the right quantities of herbs, teas, and scones.
